The Obligation to Issue Reports clause requires one party to regularly provide specific reports or updates to the other party. Obligation to Issue Reports. 6.2.1 Public Informational Performance Standards Reports – The Operator shall collaborate with the RIRs to develop informational reports for the IANA Numbering Services. The Performance Standards Metric Reports will be published by the Operator via the Operator’s web site every month (no later than fifteen (15) calendar days following the end of each month) starting no later than six (6) months after the Commencement Date.
6.2.2 Numbering Service Survey (NSS) – The Operator shall collaborate with the RIRs to develop and conduct an annual service survey consistent with the performance standards for the IANA Numbering Services. No later than thirty (30) calendar days after conducting the survey, the Operator and the RIRs shall use commercially reasonable efforts to mutually agree on what, if any, actions should be taken based on the outcome of the survey.
Obligation to Issue Reports. The Operator shall perform the function as described in Article 4 and shall be obliged to yearly issue reports illustrating its compliance with the obligations described in Articles 4 and 6.1.
