OBJECTIVES PERFORMANCE REVIEW. 3.1 Food Premises Interventions • To carry out 1026 food hygiene interventions, largely by inspection. • 881 hygiene interventions were carried out. This is 86% of those due. • To carry out 110 food standards interventions, largely by inspection. • 564 food standards interventions were carried out. More inspections were carried out than were due, as these were carried out jointly with food hygiene inspections. • To send up to 700 schedules of improvement / warning letters to improve standards following interventions. • 926 schedules of improvements / warning letters and 18? Hygiene Improvement Notices were sent. • To improve the percentage of premises broadly compliant for food hygiene at the time of inspection to 85%. • 76% of all businesses were broadly compliant. This is reduced due to low risk food business being brought back into the inspection programme which we have not inspected as they present a low food hygiene risk. • To carry out up to 20 inspections of mobile food businesses at one-off events/ visiting markets. • 16 inspections of mobile food businesses were carried out. • To carry out up to 500 follow-up visits, focusing on zero and 1 star premises. • 335 follow-up visits were carried out.

  • Performance Levels (a) The Performance Levels which apply to the performance by the respective Parties of their obligations under this Agreement are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 5. A failure by either Party to achieve the relevant Performance Level will not constitute a breach of this Agreement and the only consequences of such failure as between the Parties shall be the consequences set out in this Clause 5.6.

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Annual Performance Bonus In each calendar year of the Term of Employment, Executive shall be eligible to receive an annual incentive bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) payable in cash, pursuant to the performance criteria and targets established and administered by the Board (or a committee of directors to whom such responsibility has been delegated by the Board), with a target Annual Bonus of at least 100% of his Base Salary. The Annual Bonus payable to Executive each year shall be determined and payable as soon as practicable after year-end for such year (but no later than March 15th). The Executive’s cash bonus for the stub period of 2017 will be determined in the reasonable business judgment of the Board or another committee of directors to whom such responsibility has been delegated by the Board. To be entitled to receive any Annual Bonus, except as otherwise provided in Sections 5(c) and 5(d), Executive must remain employed through the last day of the calendar year to which the Annual Bonus relates.

  • Employee Performance Review When a formal review of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to discuss, sign and make written comments on the review form in question and the employee is to receive a signed copy to indicate that its contents have been read. An employee shall be entitled to a minimum of two (2) work days to review the performance review prior to providing any response to the Employer, verbally or in writing, with respect to the evaluation.

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Performance Measure The specific representation of a process or outcome that is relevant to the assessment of performance; it is quantifiable and can be documented

  • Performance Targets Threshold, target and maximum performance levels for each performance measure of the performance period are contained in Appendix B.

  • Performance Metrics In the event Grantee fails to timely achieve the following performance metrics (the “Performance Metrics”), then in accordance with Section 8.4 below Grantee shall upon written demand by Triumph repay to Triumph all portions of Grant theretofore funded to and received by Grantee:

  • Performance Schedule The Parties will perform their respective responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Schedule. By executing this Agreement, Customer authorizes Motorola to proceed with contract performance.

  • Annual Performance Evaluation On either a fiscal year or calendar year basis, (consistently applied from year to year), the Bank shall conduct an annual evaluation of Executive’s performance. The annual performance evaluation proceedings shall be included in the minutes of the Board meeting that next follows such annual performance review.
