OBJECT OF SERVICE. 1.1 The object of this Contract is the supply of a Service providing the Customer with the ability to remotely connect to hardware and software resources and to remotely use the resources on a portion of a computer facility consisting of computational and data storage equipment provided by the Supplier through a computer facility consisting of Hardware and Software equipment available on special Data Centres, of which the Supplier is the Owner and/or that he is entitled to use or resell.
