Number of Sabbatical Assignments. The number and terms of sabbatical assignments shall be determined by the Vice President of Patient Care. If a sufficient number of research projects or special projects are identified for posting by the Vice President of Patient Care or if a sufficient number of Nurse proposals are approved by the Vice President of Patient Care, sabbatical assignments shall be offered to up to three (3) Regular Nurses per contract year.
