Number of Requests. Except as provided in Section 3.5, Borrower shall not make a request for disbursement from the Tenant Improvement and Leasing Commission Reserve more frequently than once in any calendar month.
Number of Requests. The Company is obligated to effect only two registrations on Form S-1 or Form S-2 pursuant to this Section 2. No limit applies on the number of registrations the Company is obligated to effect on Form S-3 pursuant to this Section 2.
