Sale of Shares definition

Sale of Shares means a sale or other transaction pursuant to which a Person that did not directly or indirectly own shares or other equity in the Corporation prior to such sale or other transaction acquires all of the outstanding shares and other outstanding equity interests in the Corporation.
Sale of Shares means the sale of an aggregate amount of 282 828 ordinary no par value shares in the issued share capital of WeBuyCars (which will be subdivided prior to Listing) to the Purchasers in terms of the Sale Agreement;
Sale of Shares. None of the Lead Investors could dispose of any of its interest in Four Seasons, directly or indirectly, (other than to a person who controls, was controlled by, or was under common control and economic ownership with, the Lead Investor) until after the second anniversary of the closing of the Transaction.

Sale of Shares means the issued registered Ordinary Shares of the Seller to include all subject matter hereinafter referred to as "Shares" or "Sale Shares" or "Ordinary Shares" of the Seller listed on Annexure "1";

Sale of Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to that term in SECTION 2.3.1.
Sale of Shares. Capital gains tax ("CGT") will arise in relation to the new options in the same way as the existing options. Thus on the sale of shares received following the exercise of your new option, CGT will be payable in respect of the excess of the proceeds you receive over the market value of RSA's shares at the time you exercise your new option.
