Notify of breach. The AFP must immediately notify the department if the AFP becomes aware of a breach or possible breach of any of the obligations in connection with this clause 19, whether by the AFP or anyone else.

Notify of breach. Each party must notify the other party immediately if it becomes aware of a breach of this clause 13. 13A Data Processing The parties have a number of responsibilities under law regarding the processing and handling of personal information.
