Notice of Breach Clause Samples
A Notice of Breach clause requires a party to formally inform the other party when a violation of the contract has occurred. Typically, this involves sending written notification that specifies the nature of the breach and may outline a period for the breaching party to remedy the issue. By establishing a clear process for communicating breaches, this clause ensures both parties are aware of problems and provides an opportunity to resolve disputes before escalating to legal action.
