Notification of Supplier's Title to the Equipment. The Hirer must notify any person seizing the Equipment of the Supplier and must give immediate written notice to the Supplier of such seizure. The Hirer must at its cost within a reasonable time install/place an identification plate (“Name Plate”) on the Equipment which is of a size and in a location so that it is easily and clearly visible to the public stating the following: “Supplier: Xxxxxx Pty Ltd (ACN 010 282 532) and Xxxxxx Management Pty Ltd (ACN 106 906 978) of 00 Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx. Leasing, selling and dealing with the property is prohibited without the express authority of the Supplier.” The Hirer shall also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of the Name Plate. The installation and maintenance of the Name Plate shall be carried out by a qualified tradesman in a workmanlike manner. The Name Plate must be attached to the Equipment in such a manner so that it cannot be removed easily. The Name Plate is not to be removed without the express written authority of the Supplier.

  • The Equipment 9.1 The British Council Equipment shall remain the property of the British Council and shall be used by the Supplier in the performance of the Services and for no other purposes.

  • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.

  • Customer-Provided Equipment Comcast shall have no obligation to install, operate, or maintain Customer-Provided Equipment. Customer alone shall be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, operation and replacement of all inside telephone wiring and equipment and facilities on the Customer’s side of the cable modem, route and/or coaxial input connection. All Customer-Provided Equipment and wiring that Customer uses in connection with the Services must be fully compatible with the Services. Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all charges for troubleshooting, maintenance or repairs attempted or performed by Comcast’s employees or authorized contractors when the difficulty or trouble report results from Customer-Provided Equipment.

  • Title to Work Title to Work, materials and equipment covered by an approved Application for Payment will pass to the Owner either by incorporation in construction or upon receipt of payment by the Contractor, whichever shall occur first;

  • Purchased Equipment Any equipment purchased under this contract remains the property of the Contractor for the period this contract and future continuing contracts for the provision of the same services. Contractor must submit vendor invoice with reimbursement request. The contractor has the responsibility to submit to the Contract Monitor an inventory list of LDH equipment items when acquired under the contract and any additions to the listing as they occur. Contractor will submit an updated, complete inventory list on a quarterly basis to the Contract Monitor. Contractor agrees that upon termination of contracted services, the equipment purchased under this contract reverts to the Department. Contractor agrees to deliver any such equipment to the Department within 30 days of termination of services.
