Notification by the Board to an employee on the recall list offering reemployment shall be made by personal phone call. If unable to contact by telephone, a certified letter shall be sent to the most recent address on file. If no response is received by the Board within five (5) calendar days from the date of mailing, or if the certified letter is returned to the Board because the addressee cannot be located, then the employee's’ name shall be removed from the recall list and employment terminated.
