Notification by Employee. If the Plan is not notified by a Participant that such Participant's limitation of Salary Deferral Contributions (under Code section 402(g)) as described in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section 3.06 has been exceeded, the Plan shall assume that such limitation has not been exceeded by such Participant's Salary Deferral Contributions to the Plan.
