Notices of Meetings. A written notice of each regular and special meeting of Members shall be given not less than ten nor more than 60 days before the date of such meeting to each Member. Every notice of a meeting of Members shall state the place, date and hour of the meeting and the purpose or purposes for which the meeting is called.
