NOTICES OF CERTAIN DEFAULTS. Seller shall promptly notify Purchaser of any notices from any Governmental Authority regarding violation or any law relating to the Property or any business being operated thereon and of any material default by Seller or the Corporations or by the other party thereto existing on or after the Effective Date and prior to the Close of Escrow under any of the Employment Contracts, Equipment Leases, or Farming Service Contracts, and actually known to Seller.
