Known to Seller definition

Known to Seller means the knowledge of any officer, director or employee of Seller.

Known to Seller has the correlative meaning.

Known to Seller means actual knowledge of the persons listed on Section 1.1 of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.

Known to Seller means the knowledge, with due inquiry, of the officers, directors, members and general managers of Seller, Los Pueblos and Parent.
