Notice of Third Party Activities. Grantor shall keep Grantee reasonably informed as to substantial activities being conducted on the Protected Property which are within the scope of this Conservation Easement and as to the identity of any third parties who are conducting or managing such activities (for example restoration projects). Grantor shall ensure that all third parties who are conducting activities relating to the Conservation Values and/or the permitted uses of the Protected Property are fully and properly informed as to the restrictions and covenants contained within this Conservation Easement which relate to such uses, including without limitation, the provisions of this Section and Sections 1 through 3. For purposes of this provision, basic recreational or educational visitors are not third parties triggering notice.
