Common use of Normal Workday Clause in Contracts

Normal Workday. A normal workday for a Police Officer and Police Dispatcher will be eight (8) consecutive work hours (twelve consecutive workhours on twelve-hour shifts), including a one-half (1/2) hour paid lunch period. Due to operational needs, the Police Dispatcher may be required to remain in the Police and Support Services Building during the lunch period.
