Normal Work Day/Normal Work Week Clause Samples

The Normal Work Day/Normal Work Week clause defines the standard hours and days that constitute a regular work schedule for employees. Typically, it specifies the start and end times of a workday, the number of hours in a workweek, and which days are considered regular working days, such as Monday through Friday. This clause ensures both employers and employees have a clear understanding of expected working hours, helping to prevent disputes over overtime, scheduling, and compensation.
