Inside Employees Clause Samples
The "Inside Employees" clause defines which individuals are considered internal employees of a company for the purposes of the agreement. Inside Employees. Employees the preparation of tax notices. Said shifts may be instituted during the months of May and June of each year, and may be in two (2) seven (7) hour non-broken shifts, lunch time excluded, commencing not before 7:00 a.m. and continuing not beyond 10:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, inclusive. Effective 2008 May 05: By-Law Enforcement positions and two (2) clerical employees in the By-Law Enforcement Department may be required to work an afternoon shift consisting of seven (7) hours, exclusive of an unpaid meal period, between 3:00 p.m. and midnight, Monday to Saturday, and may also be required to work a dayshift on Saturdays. Where a position in the By-Law Enforcement Department is posted, such posting shall include the hours of work. Where the Employer changes the hours of work for a By- Law Enforcement position they shall provide seven (7) calendar days’ notice unless a shorter period is mutually agreed between the employee and the Employer. Employees in the By-Law Enforcement Department as of 2008 May 05 shall not be required to work on afternoons or Saturdays, with the exception of the two By-Law Enforcement positions required to work afternoons by agreement prior to 2008 May 05, but may agree to do so.
Inside Employees. (a) The regular hours of work for inside employees of the City except Janitors, Stockroom Clerks, Mail Room/Print Room Employees, Computer Operators and all other employees of Information Technology hired after June 15, 1971, Radio Operators, Dispatcher Clerks, Surveyors, Survey Assistants, employees under the jurisdiction of the R.C.M. Police and Law Department shall be seven (7) hours per day, seven (7:00) A.M. to six (6:00) P.M. with one (1) hour off for lunch, Monday through Friday. It is understood that the City shall have the right to schedule employees to work seven (7) hours within any eight (8) hour period between 7:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. The City will provide one (1) week's notice of any change of hours. No overtime shall be worked by any salaried employee except with express approval and authority of the appropriate General Manager and the hours of overtime worked shall be certified by the said General Manager to the Payroll Department before payment is made. Payment for overtime worked shall be in accordance with the provision of Article 8.6 of this Agreement, and shall be paid when a salaried employee is required to work in excess of seven (7) hours in the regular work day or for work performed on Saturdays or Sundays.
(b) The regular hours of work for Surveyors and Survey Assistants shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours per day, eight (8) A.M. to four (4) P.M. with one-half (1/2) hour off for lunch, Monday through Friday. No overtime shall be worked by Instrumentperson or Rodperson, except with express approval and authority of the General Manager and the hours of overtime worked shall be certified by the said General Manager to the Payroll Department before payment is made. Payment for overtime worked shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 8.6, of this Agreement and shall be paid when the employee is required to work in excess of seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours in the regular work day or for work performed on Saturdays or Sundays.
(c) For the purpose of this Section, employees under the jurisdiction of the R.C.M. Police and all employees of Information Technology hired after June 15, 1971, are exempt from a strict schedule of hours of work. However, any hours worked in excess of seven (7) hours per day or thirty-five (35) hours per week, by office personnel under the jurisdiction of the R.C.M. Police shall be paid overtime rates in accordance with Article 8.6 of this Agreement.
(d) For the purpose of this Section, Janitors...
Inside Employees. The regular working schedule for a week shall constitute THIRTY-FIVE (35) hours as follows: Monday to Friday - SEVEN (7) consecutive hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (except Receptionists - SEVEN (7) consecutive hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.), exclusive of a lunch period which shall not exceed ONE (1) hour. Saturday and Sunday shall be days of rest.
Inside Employees. (a) The regular working schedule for a week shall constitute thirty-five (35) hours as follows:
(b) Monday to Friday - seven (7) consecutive hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (except Receptionists - seven (7) consecutive hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.), exclusive of a lunch period which shall not exceed one (1) hour. Saturday and Sunday shall be days of rest.
(c) The Employer may ask an employee to start their seven (7) hour shift at 7:00 a.m. on an as needed basis, however the acceptance of the start time shall be voluntary.
Inside Employees. The standard workweek shall consist of thirty-five hours per week comprised of five (5), seven (7) hour days, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Flexible hours of work allow employees to start and end the day at different times, however, the 7 hour work day will be maintained. Flexible hours of work for inside employees may be considered, however decisions concerning implementation will be made within the context of the County’s ability to provide effective and efficient service provision. Where there is mutual agreement between the employee and their Supervisor, hours of work may be scheduled between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The lunch period shall be either thirty (30) or sixty (60) minutes between 12:00 noon and 2:00 p.m.
Inside Employees. The salary of an employee will advance in accordance with Schedule "A" for their classification. Such advancement shall be automatic unless the Department Head considers that such advancement is not warranted, in which case the reasons shall be given to the employee, in writing, and the employee shall have the right of the grievance procedure.
Inside Employees. When a vacancy occurs inside the bargaining unit the Employer shall notify the employees by posting a notice on the bulletin board. When the Employer does not intend to fill the vacancy, it shall advise the Union of its decision.
Inside Employees. An employee who works a regular shift outside the normal hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday inclusive, shall not be entitled to overtime compensation until after the completion of his full shift.
Inside Employees. Inside Employees. The regular hours of work for the inside employees shall be forty (40) hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, with a half (½) hour unpaid lunch.
