Common use of Noon Duty Aids Clause in Contracts

Noon Duty Aids. ‌ The number of noon duty aides in the District will be twelve (12). The Association and Board further agree that, in the event of a Reduction in Force, any or all noon duty aide positions may be reduced before any Association Bargaining unit member/position is laid off.
