Comparable. ‌ For the 2020 – 2021 school years, all teachers shall be considered “comparable” on evaluation ratings for purposes of reduction in force, displacement, and recall.
Comparable. Teachers receiving a summative evaluation rating of accomplished or skilled are deemed as comparable. Reduction in Force will occur beginning with teachers with an overall evaluation rating of ineffective, followed by developing and finally those rated as comparable - skilled and accomplished.
