Non­Exclusive Licence. (a) As an automatic consequence of CLC’s approval, but subject to its on­going consent, the Affiliate will be granted a non­exclusive licence to use e­go’s logo on its website to enable prospective Referees to gain access to the Website for the purposes referred to in Clauses 10 and 24. The Affiliate will also be given a non­exclusive licence to gain access to and display on its website promotional and instructional material from time to time made available to Affiliates on the Website for those purposes (“e­go material”).
