Excluded Expenses. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Lease, Tenant shall in no manner be liable for any of the following obligations, and such shall not be included in any calculation of Minimum Rent, nor shall such be an Imposition or other Additional Charge to be paid by Tenant, and Landlord shall pay, or cause to be paid, the following: any costs occurred by Landlord’s breach of any covenants or obligations under this Lease; costs resulting from violation of any environmental or Hazardous Materials Laws during construction of the Premises or the cost to purchase environmental insurance; any expenses for overhead, office costs, staff salary, benefits or other compensation of any Landlord or affiliated entity or employee; any fines Landlord must pay as a result of a failure to comply with laws, ordinances or municipal codes and the like during acquisition of the Land and construction of the Building and/or Premises; any costs incurred because of Landlord’s negligence; any fees and expenses paid to affiliates of Landlord in excess of market rates; advertising and promotional expenses, financing costs including interest and principal amortization of debts; costs of any items for which Landlord is or is entitled to be paid or reimbursed by insurance; increased insurance or taxes assessed specifically to any tenant of the Building other than Tenant or for which Landlord is entitled to full reimbursement from any other tenant; charges for electricity, water or other utilities and applicable taxes for which Landlord is entitled to full reimbursement from any other tenant; cost of any HVAC, janitorial or other services provided to tenants other than Tenant on an extra cost basis after regular business hours; cost of any work or service performed on an extra cost basis for any tenant in the Building other than Tenant to a materially greater extent or in a materially more favorable manner than furnished generally to tenants and other occupants; any mitigation or impact fees or subsidies (however characterized), imposed or incurred in connection with undertaking the construction of the Building; attorneys’ fees and accounting and other professional fees (except to the extent provided in the Final Project Budget); leasing commissions; management fees of any kind except as provided for under Section 2.2; any cost associated with operating an on-or off-site management office for the Building; charitable or political contributions; tenant improvement work for any...

Excluded Expenses. For purposes of this Agreement and this Schedule B, expenses related to postage, solicitation, tabulation and printing expenses in connection with proxy solicitations, shall be excluded for purposes of calculating any fee payable by the Funds, unless otherwise agreed to by the Funds and HASCO.

Any amounts reimbursed to Apple under Section 6.1(c) shall be available to reduce amounts due to Apple in future months to the extent the Net Operating Amount for such future month exceeds 45% of the Orthodontic Entity's and Orthodontist's Cash Receipts so long as the applicable month to which this Section 6.2 applies is within the same calendar year as the month in which the obligation to reimburse Apple for amounts under Section 6.1(c) arose.

Excluded Expenses. Excluded Expenses" shall mean those costs and expenses incurred by Group which are (i) expressly identified as Excluded Expenses in this Agreement, and/or (ii) not Practice Expenses or Group Expenses expressly contemplated by or set forth in the Annual Budget.
Excluded Expenses. In performing the Basic Services, any expenses incurred by the Architect or its consultants for postage (regular or overnight), telephone, facsimile transmittal, document or Submittal transmittal, plotting and printing drawings for the Architect’s in-house use and review, transportation and travel (to the Project site, Owner’s office, locations of Specified Inspections, and other locations necessary for the conduct of Project-related business) are deemed normal expense of doing business and are not reimbursable. Expenses that are not specifically identified as Reimbursable Expenses in the Special Provisions of the Agreement or added through an Amendment are deemed to be covered by the Basic Fee and excluded as Reimbursable Expenses.
Excluded Expenses. The Manager shall not reimburse the Fund for, and the Fund shall continue to be responsible for the payment of, taxes, brokerage fees and commissions, redemption fees and other shareholder charges associated with investments in other mutual funds, interest expenses with respect to borrowings by the Fund and non-recurring and extraordinary expenses of the Fund.
Excluded Expenses. Notwithstanding anything herein contained and for the avoidance of any doubt, the Management Expenses payable by the Owners in accordance with this Deed shall not include:-
(a) Any sum attributable or relating to the cost of completing the construction of the Land and the Building or any part thereof which sums shall be borne solely by the First Owner;
(b) All existing and future Government rents (if apportioned or separately assessed), taxes, rates, assessments, property tax, water rates (if separately metered) and outgoings of every description for the time being payable in respect of any Unit which shall be borne by the Owner for the time being thereof;
(c) The expenses for keeping in good and tenantable repair and condition the interior fixtures and fittings, windows, sealant of the windows, railing of the balconies, utility platforms, platform(s) designated for placing air-conditioner(s) and doors of any part of the Building together with the plumbing, electrical installations, plant, equipment, apparatus or services thereof not forming part of the Common Areas and Facilities which shall be borne solely by the Owner or Owners for the time being thereof.
Excluded Expenses. Costs incurred following the initial dispatch of any ground resources to the fire for the duration of the initial 24-hour mutual aid period. • FPA equipment and repair/maintenance costs associated with wildland fire response and normal wear and tear. • Individuals and agencies when in “mutual aid” to FPA. • “Profit” and Administrative fees. • Agency Overhead personnel not specifically assigned to the incident • Non-expendable (non-consumable) accountable property, i.e. Chainsaws, FAX Machines, and Mobile Air Conditioners. • Claims and award payments. • Interest and indemnities payments. • FPA Burned Area Emergency Rehabilitation (▇▇▇▇) beyond suppression damage repair. • Resources demobilized before the end of the mutual aid period. • Escaped Prescribed ▇▇▇▇▇ FPA.
