Non-U.S. Employees. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, Adient Group Employees and Former Adient Group Employees who are Non-U.S. Employees or who otherwise are subject to non-U.S. Law and their related benefits and Liabilities shall be treated in the same manner as the Adient Group Employees and Former Adient Group Employees, respectively, who are U.S. Employees and who are not subject to non-U.S. Law. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all actions taken with respect to Non-U.S. Employees or U.S. Employees working in non-U.S. jurisdictions shall be subject to and accomplished in accordance with applicable Law and the custom of the applicable jurisdictions.
