Non-revocable Clause Samples
A Non-revocable clause establishes that a right, offer, or agreement cannot be withdrawn, cancelled, or revoked once it has been granted or made. In practice, this means that once a party commits to a particular action or offer, they are legally bound to follow through, regardless of any subsequent change of mind or circumstance. This clause is commonly used in contexts such as irrevocable offers, powers of attorney, or letters of credit, ensuring that the commitment remains enforceable. Its core function is to provide certainty and reliability by preventing parties from backing out, thereby reducing the risk of disruption or loss for the other party.
