Non-Recruitment Agreement. During the Restricted Period, Employee agrees that he will not, directly or indirectly, for himself or on behalf of or in concert with any others, recruit for employment, offer, or cause to be offered employment, either on a full time, part-time, contractor or consulting basis, any person who was employed by the Company Group on Employee’s Last Day; this covenant applies only to those Company Group employees with whom Employee had regular contact during the course of employment by the Company Group.

Non-Recruitment Agreement. For a period of twenty-four (24) months following termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive will not initiate or actively participate in any other employer’s recruitment, solicitation, or hiring of any of the Company’s employees.

  • Proprietary Information Agreement Employee has executed a Proprietary Information Agreement as a condition of employment with the Company. The Proprietary Information Agreement shall not be limited by this Employment Agreement in any manner, and the Employee shall act in accordance with the provisions of the Proprietary Information Agreement at all times during the Term of this Employment Agreement.
