Common use of "Non-Exclusive Service Engineer Clause in Contracts

"Non-Exclusive Service Engineer. This term refers to a janitorial employee who is engaged to perform services on a part-time and non- exclusive basis in respect to various premises which are usually operated independently of each other and who has no assistants or helpers working with them. Such an employee may be compensated by operation of the Rent-Roll Wage Computation Schedule of Section 601 of this Agreement. Such employees who are not compensated under such Schedule are referred to as a "Non-Exclusive Fixed Wage Engineer".
