Non-enforcement Not to Constitute Waiver. No waiver of any Breach of the Contract shall be interpreted or deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent Breach. All remedies afforded in the Contract shall be taken and construed as cumulative, that is, in addition to every other remedy provided in the Contract or at law or in equity. A party’s failure to insist on strict performance of any section of the Contract shall only be deemed to be a waiver of rights and remedies concerning that specific instance of performance and shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent rights, remedies or Breach.
