Noises. No person or animal shall make or permit any disturbing noises in or around the surrounding houses or common area of the development. Musical instruments such as drums or cymbals or amplified electric instruments shall not be played at any time prior to 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. or otherwise in any way that disturbs other tenants or neighbors.
