No Other Disbursements. No portion of the Escrow monies shall be disbursed or otherwise transferred except in accordance with this Section 2, Section 4 or Section 5.1(b). Without limiting the foregoing, neither Escrow Agent nor the Buyer shall be entitled to any right of offset against the Escrow or otherwise entitled to receive any portion of the Escrow.
