No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Bookrunners, Arrangers, Syndication Agents or Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.
No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers, Syndication Agents, Documentation Agents or other agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Agent or a Lender hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the syndication agents, documentation agents, co-agents, book manager, lead manager, arranger, lead arranger or co-arranger listed on the cover page or signature pages hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the Issuing Lender hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the titles listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Arranger, a Lender or the L/C Issuer hereunder.

Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Arrangers or the Co-Managers listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an L/C Issuer hereunder.
No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the Syndication Agent or any agent listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, a Lender or L/C Issuer hereunder, or as expressly set forth herein.
No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, neither any Joint Bookrunner nor any person named on the cover page hereof as a Joint Lead Arranger, a Syndication Agent or a Documentation Agent shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or the Issuing Bank hereunder.
No Other Duties, Etc. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, none of the Joint Lead Arrangers, the “Joint Bookrunners”, the “Syndication Agents” or the Documentation Agents listed on the cover page hereof shall have any powers, duties or responsibilities under this Agreement, any other Loan Document or any Related Document, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender or an LC Issuing Bank hereunder or thereunder.
