No Coercion. The Union agrees that there will be no intimidation, interference, restriction or coercion exercised or practised on employees of the Home by any of its members or representatives and that there will be no union activity, solicitation for membership or collection of dues on Home time, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, and no meetings on Home premises except with the permission of the Home.
