Common Purpose. To improve prisoners access to an appropriate range and quality of NHS health care services according to their needs. ❖ To reduce health inequalities. ❖ To preserve life and reduce harm. ❖ To provide a safe, secure environment for the health assessment and treatment of prisoners. ❖ To ensure that all relevant information is gathered consistently, preserved, analysed and exchanged appropriately and within both the law and applicable protocols. ❖ To work with other agencies to maintain this common purpose.
Common Purpose. The Parties acknowledge and mutually represent to each other that it is their common purpose in concluding this Agreement to enable the Claimholder to pursue the Subject Claim. The Parties further agree that this common purpose and all steps and actions required to achieve this common purpose, including any and all steps and actions required in accordance with the Claimholder’s obligation to cooperate with the Funder as set forth herein, are of the essence of this Agreement.
Common Purpose. 2.1.1 It is recognised by all the Parties the need to maintain a consultative and participative approach to implement sustained productivity, efficiency and flexibility across all areas of our operations. The Parties recognise there is a continued need to develop a responsible, competitive and reliable workplace which is responsive to the changing environmental, work and commercial demands on our operations.
Common Purpose. In entering into this Agreement, the Employer and the Union have the common purpose of providing for a harmonious working environment, and for fair and peaceful settlement of any employee grievances and of any dispute that may arise between the Employer and its Employees.
Common Purpose. 2.1 The Scottish Government, the NHS in Scotland and XXXXX, on behalf of Scottish Local Government (hereafter 'The Partners') agree that they will work together to improve the quality, productivity, impact andsustainabilityof local health, housing and care services across Scotland. They will do this within the framework of law relating to these services, and within the agreed natiol1al outcomes and priorities at cmypoint in time.
Common Purpose. The Parties acknowledge that the basis for the affiliation described in this Agreement is their common purpose. The purposes of the State Affiliate shall be the same as or substantially similar to the ILA’s purposes. The State Affiliate shall also adopt a mission statement that is consistent with the mission statement of the XXX which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The XXX retains the right to amend its mission statement at any time in its sole discretion and shall notify the State Affiliate in writing of such change. The State Affiliate agrees to make any changes to the State Affiliate’s mission statement that may be required to comply with this section within six (6) months of receiving written notice from the XXX.
Common Purpose. 13.1 The Shareholders agree that they will act together in good faith with a common purpose of furthering the Activities of the Company and that they will not take any action that can reasonably consider to be adverse to the interests of the Company.

The Union recognizes that the Employer’s mission is to provide first class facilities and services that will set forth Hershey Country Club as a world-class golf destination.
Common Purpose. Provide documentation satisfactory to the Office that the Participants in the Project are engaged, and will continue to be engaged, in the common purpose or business endeavor set forth in the Application.
