No Change of Name. Not to change/alter/modify the name of the Building from that mentioned in this Agreement.
No Change of Name. Change its name or change its jurisdiction of incorporation or formation in each case without providing the Lender with fifteen (15) days’ prior written notice thereof.
No Change of Name. Not to change/alter/modify the name of the Project from that mentioned in this Agreement.
No Change of Name. The Allottees and/or the Association will not be entitled to change or alter or modify the name of the Residential Complex from what is mentioned and recorded in this Agreement.

No Credit Party shall change its name, adopt a French form of name or change its jurisdiction of incorporation or formation, its chief executive office, principal place of business or location at which it keeps records in respect of Receivables, in each case without providing the Lender with 10 Business Days’ prior written notice thereof (or such shorter period of time as the Lender may agree).

Change, or permit any of the other Loan Parties to change, its name or adopt a French form of name or change the jurisdiction of its organization, or its place of administration or principal office or chief executive office, in each case, without providing the Agent prior written notice thereof.

However, the Developer shall have the right to alter the name of the said Residents Club and/or its facilities/areas to any other name, as the Developer may in its sole discretion deem fit. Such names shall be finalized before handing over of possession of the said club to the Association upon its formation.
