NMDOT Standards and Guidelines Sample Clauses

The "NMDOT Standards and Guidelines" clause establishes that all work performed under the agreement must comply with the standards, specifications, and guidelines set forth by the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT). This typically means that design, construction, and materials used in the project must meet NMDOT's published requirements, ensuring consistency and quality. By referencing these standards, the clause ensures that the project aligns with state expectations and regulatory requirements, reducing ambiguity and promoting safety and uniformity in transportation-related work.
