Common use of Night Shopping Premium Clause in Contracts

Night Shopping Premium. Any employee who works twenty-eight (28) hours per week or more and is required to work after 6:00 p.m., when their work location is open for business, shall be paid a premium of sixty-five (65¢) cents per hour for all such hours worked after 6:00 p.m. Premium pay for night shopping shall not be added to an employee's hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime.
