Newspaper samples. The successful bidder may be requested to establish that its newspaper is printed, per the bid requirements, continuously through the time of award. Bidder will submit with bid, in a separate package marked clearly with bidder’s name, Contract Proposal No. 95312, Bid Opening Date and Time, one sample of each of its newspaper issues published during the last four weeks preceding the bid opening date. Failure to submit the newspaper samples may result in rejection of bid. Every bidder shall be required, if requested, to present satisfactory evidence to the Purchaser that it has adequate plant, equipment and competent personnel located in the City, to produce the work within the time specified. The Purchaser reserves the right to reject a bid made by any bidder unable to meet these requirements.
