Common use of Newly Created Courses Clause in Contracts

Newly Created Courses. Any full or part-time Unit member who creates a new course that has been approved by the Curriculum Committee shall be given first right of refusal to teach said course for the first four semesters (excluding summer) that the course is offered. The faculty member must meet the minimum qualifications and local standards to teach said course.‌
