New Enrollee Materials. a. By the first day of the assigned Enrollee’s Enrollment or within five (5) Calendar Days following receipt of the Enrollment file from Medicaid or its Agent, whichever is later, the Health Plan shall mail to the new Enrollee the Enrollee Handbook, the Provider Directory, the Enrollee Identification and the following additional materials:
