Negotiations for Amendment or Renewal. All negotiations for amendments or renewal of this Agreement shall be in accordance with the terms of The Ontario Labour Relations Act, R.S.O., C.232.

Amendment or Waiver Every right and remedy provided herein shall be cumulative with every other right and remedy, whether conferred herein, at law, or in equity, and may be enforced concurrently herewith, and no waiver by any party of the performance of any obligation by the other shall be construed as a waiver of the same or any other default then, theretofore, or thereafter occurring or existing. At any time prior to the Closing Date, this Agreement may by amended by a writing signed by all parties hereto, with respect to any of the terms contained herein, and any term or condition of this Agreement may be waived or the time for performance may be extended by a writing signed by the party or parties for whose benefit the provision is intended.
Amendment or Modification This Agreement may be amended or modified from time to time only by a written instrument that is executed by the Member.
Amendments; Renewal Any amendments, consents to or waivers of the terms of this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. The parties may renew this Contract by their signed, written instrument.
TERM OF AGREEMENT AND RENEWAL The Agreement shall remain in effect from the date of execution hereof through the expiration of a one year period, and may be renewed upon the mutual consent of the Parties.
Modification or Renegotiation This agreement may be modified only by written agreement signed by the parties hereto. The parties agree to renegotiate the agreement if federal and/or state revisions of any applicable laws or regulations make changes in this agreement necessary.

RENEWAL, AMENDMENT AND TERMINATION (a) This Agreement shall become effective on the date first written above and shall remain in force for a period of two (2) years from such date, and from year to year thereafter but only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (i) by the vote of a majority of the Trustees who are not interested persons of the Portfolio or the Investment Adviser, cast in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval and by a vote of the Board of Trustees or (ii) by the vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Portfolio. The aforesaid provision that this Agreement may be continued "annually" shall be construed in a manner consistent with the 1940 Act and the rules and regulations thereunder.
Amendment or Termination (a) This Trust Agreement may be amended by a written instrument executed by Trustee and Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no such amendment shall conflict with the terms of the Plan or shall make the Trust revocable after it has become irrevocable in accordance with Section 1(b) hereof.
AGREEMENT RENEWAL This Agreement shall not bind nor purport to bind the AZDOHS for any contractual commitment in excess of the original Agreement period.
Entire Agreement; Amendment and Waiver This Agreement constitutes the full and entire understanding and agreement between the parties with regard to the subject matter hereof. Any term of this Agreement may be amended and the observance of any term hereof may be waived (either prospectively or retroactively and either generally or in a particular instance) only with the written consent of the parties to this Agreement.
