NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. A. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws, 1974, in a good faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of support staff employment. Such negotiations shall begin in accordance with guidelines adopted by P.E.R.C. Any agreement so negotiated shall apply to all employees, be reduced in writing, be signed by the Board of Education and the Association and be adopted by the Board.
