Name of the Venture. Upon execution of this Agreement, the Partners may sign and cause to be filed and published in city where fictitious business name will be filed and published a Certificate of Fictitious Business Name indicating that the Venture will be conducting business under said name. Note: Add this if there is a formation of a corporation The partners have incorporated and formed a corporation: " Corporate Name (if any)," to further the purposes of this partnership.
