Name of Joint Venture. The affairs of the Joint Venture shall be conducted solely under the name "PCM/PAMF III, J.V. Pool 21 " and such name shall be used at all times in connection with the Joint Venture's affairs. This Joint Venture shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Name of Joint Venture. The name of the Joint Venture shall be "StreamTraX Media Group, LLC" ('StreamTraX"). Upon execution of this Agreement, the Joint Venturers shall sign and cause to be filed and published in the state of Kansas a certificate of authority to do business or other appropriate similar document indicating that the Joint Venture will be conducting business under such name. Such a certificate or other document shall also be recorded by the Joint Venture, if required, under the laws of any other jurisdiction in which it plans to conduct business or own property as the Joint Venturers may determine, from time to time.
Name of Joint Venture. The name of the Joint Venture shall be “Noramac Joint Venture” and the business of the Joint Venture shall be conducted solely under such name and all assets of the Joint Venture shall be held by the Corporation under such name.

If Land Owner or Building Owner exercises its option provided in SECTION 2 above, upon the Option Effective Date the Joint Venture shall change its name to a name mutually acceptable to Land Owner and Building Owner, which name shall reflect that Land Owner and Building Owner Member are equal co-venturers in the Joint Venture, provided, however, that at the election of either Land Owner or Building Owner Member the name of the Joint Venture shall not reflect the name of either of Land Owner or Building Owner Member, or in any way be more favorable to one Venturer than to the other Venturer.
Name of Joint Venture. The business and affairs of the Joint Venture shall be conducted under the name of Tech 2020 Ltd., or of such variations thereof of such nominees therefor as the Venturers may select.
