N ot an Employment Contract. None of the Inducement Shares, the Sign-On Grant and this Agreement will confer upon the CEO any right with respect to continuance of employment or other service with the Corporation or any subsidiary, and they will not interfere in any way with any right the Corporation or any subsidiary would otherwise have to terminate the CEO’s employment or other service at any time.

  • Employment contract The Company and Executive acknowledge that the terms of his employment are set forth in this Agreement. If Executive’s employment terminates for any reason, Executive shall not be entitled to any payments, benefits, damages, award or compensation other than as provided in this Agreement, or as may otherwise be available in accordance with the Company’s established written plans and written policies at the time of termination.

  • TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT A. This Contract shall terminate, the Superintendent's employment will cease, and no compensation shall thereafter be paid, under any one of the following circumstances:

  • Where an Employee (a) at the maximum rate of a salary range is promoted, a new anniversary date is established based upon the date of promotion;

  • An Employee (other than a casual employee) required to attend for jury service during ordinary working hours will be reimbursed by the Company an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of the employee’s attendance for such jury service and the amount of wage the employee would have received in respect of the ordinary time the employee would have worked had the employee not been on jury service.

  • Permanent Employment (FULL - TIME & PART-TIME) For the purpose of this Agreement, permanent employees shall mean both full-time and part-time employees.

  • No Employment This Agreement shall not give Optionee a right to employment by, or membership on the board of directors of, the Company or its subsidiaries.
