Mutual Exchanges. Employees will be entitled to make a mutual exchange of positions, subject to the agreement of the Company and the President of the Local Union or designate. (a) There will be a maximum of three (3) locations involved in the exchange of positions. (b) Mutual exchanges will be governed by Article 10.02 and 10.04, i.e. they will be governed by the same restrictions as Letter of Preference. (c) i) The employees involved have the required training to perform the duties in the new position.
