Common use of MULTIPLE LESSEES Clause in Contracts

MULTIPLE LESSEES. If there is more than one Lessee named in this Agreement, the liability of each shall be joint and several, and each Lessee has the authority to enter into agreements with Lessor modifying or extending the terms of the Agreement on behalf of each other Lessee. If used herein or in any related document, the term "Co-Lessee" or "Co-Lessees" shall be synonymous with "Lessee" as defined herein.
