LESSOR'S ACCESS. Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same, showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, and making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the building of which they are a part as Lessor may deem necessary or desirable. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs, all without rebate of rent or liability to Lessee.
LESSOR'S ACCESS. 32.1 Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same, performing any services required of Lessor, showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, taking such safety measures, erecting such scaffolding or other necessary structures, making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Office Building Project as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary or desirable and the erecting, using and maintaining of utilities, services, pipes and conduits through the Premises and/or other premises as long as there is no material adverse effect to Lessee's use of the Premises. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or the Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs.

LESSOR'S ACCESS. The LESSOR or agents of the LESSOR may, at reasonable times, enter to view the leased premises and may remove placards and signs not approved and affixed as herein provided, and make repairs and alterations as LESSOR should elect to do and may show the leased premises to others, and at any time within three (3) months before the expiration of the term, may affix to any suitable part of the leased premises a notice for letting or selling the leased premises or property of which the leased premises are a part and keep the same so affixed without hindrance or molestation.

LESSOR or agents of LESSOR may at any reasonable time enter to view the leased premises, to make repairs and alterations as LESSOR should elect to do for the leased premises, the common areas or any other portions of the building, to make repairs which LESSEE is required but has failed to do, and to show the leased premises to others.

LESSOR'S ACCESS. LESSOR and its agents and designees may at any reasonable time enter to view the leased premises; to show the leased premises to others; to make repairs and alterations as LESSOR or its designee should elect to do for the leased premises, the common areas, or any other portions of the building; and without creating any obligation or liability for LESSOR, to make repairs which LESSEE is required but has failed to do.
LESSOR'S ACCESS. Lessee acknowledges that the Premises are only a portion of the Land and the Building, and that neither Lessee nor its employees, invitees, licensees, subtenants or contractors may have access to any other portion of the Land or the Building. Lessee acknowledges that Lessor and Lessor’s agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at any times as Lessor may deem necessary or desirable. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises any ordinary “For Sale” signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary “For Lease” signs, all without rebate of rent or liability to Lessee.
LESSOR'S ACCESS. The Lessor or his agent shall be entitled at all reasonable times to enter the Premises to inspect the condition thereof and with its workmen, agents or others, to execute such repairs to the Premises, both external and internal, as shall be compatible with the proper repair and upkeep of the Premises and the Building.
LESSOR'S ACCESS. Upon reasonable prior notice to Lessee, Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting same, showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or (during the last nine (9) months of the term of this Lease) lessees, and, with the prior consent of Lessee, making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the building of which they are part as Lessor may deem necessary or desirable. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or the Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. During any period that Vans, or a Lessee Affiliate (as defined in Paragraph 12.2) of Vans is the Lessee under this Lease and in occupancy of the Premises, Lessor agrees that it shall make reasonable efforts to avoid locating any "For Sale" sign on the Premises in immediate proximity to any signs identifying the Lessee so as to minimize any misimpressions that Vans, Inc. and not the Building is for sale. All activities of Lessor pursuant to this paragraph shall be without abatement of rent, nor shall Lessor have any liability to Lessee for the same.
