MULTIPLE LESSEES. Lessor may, with the consent of any one of the Lessees hereunder modify, extend, or change any of the terms hereof without the consent or knowledge of the others, without in any way releasing, waiving, or impacting any right granted to Lessor against the others. Lessees and each of them are jointly and severally responsible and liable to Lessor under this Lease.
MULTIPLE LESSEES. If more than one Lessee is named in this Lease or a Lease Schedule the liability of each shall be joint and several.
MULTIPLE LESSEES. If more than one LESSEE is named herein, the reference to LESSEE refers to each and the liability of each shall be joint and several.

MULTIPLE LESSEES. If there is more than one Lessee named in this Agreement, the liability of each shall be joint and several, and each Lessee has the authority to enter into agreements with Lessor modifying or extending the terms of the Agreement on behalf of each other Lessee. If used herein or in any related document, the term "Co-Lessee" or "Co-Lessees" shall be synonymous with "Lessee" as defined herein.
MULTIPLE LESSEES. Each LESSEE is jointly and severally liable for all the Lease obligations. If LESSEE or any guest or occupant violates the Lease, including any rules or Community Policies and Procedures, all LESSEES are considered to have violated the Lease. Our requests and notices (including notices to vacate) to any LESSEE constitute notice to all occupants and LESSEES. Notices and requests from any occupant or LESSEE (including notices or Lease termination, repair requests, and entry permissions), constitute notice from all LESSEES. In eviction suits, any one of multiple LESSEES is considered the agent of all other LESSEES in the Apartment for service of process. Security Deposit refunds may be by one check jointly payable to all LESSEES; the check and any deduction itemizations may be mailed to one LESSEE.
MULTIPLE LESSEES. If more than one Lessee is entering into this Lease, then all such Lessees shall be jointly and severally bound by the Lessee's covenants in this Lease and any notice given to any one such Lessee by Lessor shall be deemed to be notice upon all such Lessees.

MULTIPLE LESSEES. If this Lease is executed by more than one person or entity as "Lessee," each such person or entity shall be jointly and severally liable hereunder. It is expressly understood that any one of the named Lessees shall be empowered to execute any modification, amendment, exhibit, floor plan, or other document herein referred to and bind all of the named Lessees thereto; and Lessor shall be entitled to rely on same to the extent as if all of the named Lessees had executed same.
MULTIPLE LESSEES. If more than one Pilot-Lessee is named in this agreement, their liability shall be joint and several.
