Multiple Counterparts; Facsimile Sample Clauses

Multiple Counterparts; Facsimile. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts (each of which is to be deemed original for all purposes). The signature page of any counterpart may be detached therefrom without impairing the legal effect of the signature(s) thereon so long as such signature page is attached to any other counterpart of this Agreement identical thereto except having additional signature pages executed by the other parties to this Agreement attached thereto. CBL/OP and Property Owner agree that the delivery of an executed copy of this Agreement by facsimile shall be legal and binding and shall have the same full force and effect as if an original executed copy of this Agreement had been delivered.

Multiple Counterparts; Facsimile. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and any party hereto may execute any such counterpart, each of which when executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original and all of which counterparts taken together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. This Agreement shall become binding when one or more counterparts taken together shall have been executed and delivered by all of the parties hereto. This Agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts or by facsimile signature, each of which shall be an original, with the same effect as if all signatures were on the same instrument and were original signatures.
