Common use of Multiple Counterparts; Facsimile Clause in Contracts

Multiple Counterparts; Facsimile. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts (each of which is to be deemed original for all purposes). The signature page of any counterpart may be detached therefrom without impairing the legal effect of the signature(s) thereon so long as such signature page is attached to any other counterpart of this Agreement identical thereto except having additional signature pages executed by the other parties to this Agreement attached thereto. CBL/OP and Property Owner agree that the delivery of an executed copy of this Agreement by facsimile shall be legal and binding and shall have the same full force and effect as if an original executed copy of this Agreement had been delivered.
