Mortgagor Concentration. Except as disclosed in the Prospectus Supplement, (a) no Mortgagor is the Mortgagor with respect to more than one Mortgage Loan and (b) to the Seller's knowledge, no group of Mortgage Loans with affiliated mortgagors have an aggregate principal balance equaling more than $152,000,000.
Mortgagor Concentration. Except in the case of the Mortgage Loans listed on Schedule I (xxvii), such Mortgage Loan, together with any other Mortgage Loan made to the same Mortgagor or to an Affiliate of such Mortgagor, does not represent more than 5% of the Initial Pool Balance.

Except in the case of the Grace Building Trust Mortgage Loan, the 222 East 41st Street Trust Mortgage Loan, the 757 Third Avenue Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx, the Lehman Trust Mortgage Loxxx xxxxxxxxxd on the Trust Mortgage Loxx Xxxedule as Pickwick Plaza and U-Store-It Portfolio I, respectively, such Mortgage Loan, together with any other Lehman Trust Mortgage Loan made to the same Mortgagor or to an Xxxxxxate of such Mortgagor, does not represent more than 5% of the Initial Pool Balance.
